Chris Warnes

Lecturer in African Literatures and Cultures, University of Cambridge
I teach postcolonial and related literatures in the Faculty of English at the University of Cambridge and I’m a Fellow of St John’s College. My research focuses on postcolonial literature, mostly from the anglophone world, but also from other parts of the world. I’m especially interested in magical realism and in literature from South Africa and from other parts of Africa.
