I’m Professor of Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynaecology at UMass Medical School-Baystate and chief faculty development officer at Baystate Health. My passion and scholarly focus is in gender equity, in particular supporting the advancement and leadership of women in medicine and science and closing the gender pay gap in medicine. I also have a lifelong professional and personal interest in improving the health care response to intimate partner violence.
