Hugh Brody

Anthropologist and Honorary Associate of the Scott Polar Research Institute, University of Cambridge
I’m an author, filmmaker, anthropologist and an Honorary Associate of the Scott Polar Research Institute at the University of Cambridge. In addition to my work at Cambridge, I’m also Honorary Professor of Anthropology at the University of Kent. My job is to learn how other people think and live, and sharing that knowledge with writing and filmmaking. I’ve spent my life doing research with and for indigenous peoples in the Arctic and sub-Arctic, Australia, India, and southern Africa.
