Rhodes Professor of Imperial History, King's College London
I’m Rhodes Professor of Imperial and Global History at King’s College London. I’m particularly interested in what we call global history, by which I understand the ways in which we try to compare and to connect things that happen to human beings in different parts of the world. I’ve also written about political economy, Empires, slavery and the Caribbean.
